Vatika City Market : A Review
Vatika City Market is located on Mehrauli Gurgaon Road near to the Metropolitan Mall by MGF. The Vatika City Market is under construction and is expected to do well since the location is quite good. Investors can invest in Lower Ground, Upper Ground and the Ground Floor. It is a fact the people don’t like to move to the higher floors than the lower floors. One more good point is that it will is between three running malls, DT, MGF and Sahara.
This land was actually a land of Sirhole Village. There was timber market over there which was called Shamlal Timber Market. There were many property owners in this property. Since the property was booked under the Land Acquisition Act, under Sec 4 and Sec 6, most of the property owners sold their part to Vatika and some collaborated with the company.
What is going on?
Gurgaon Real Estate Prices and Market are stable from last 18 months. No sign of picking up as on date. The reason may be the overpricing of the latest projects in the market. We have projects in the market @ Rs. 4500/- to 4800/- in the market that are unsold and just heard of a project by Raheja Group near Sikhopur Village (just near to Manesar @ Rs. 2350/-.. The projects are unsold and there is no hances of market picking up in the next six months.

I have seen vipul/Orchids petals in Gurgaon and I find it suitable as per my requirement. I wanted to know the rates/Sq. ft at which I can purchase a falt. I am intresed in 1964 sq ft area flat.
