I have seen vipul/Orchids petals in Gurgaon and I find it suitable as per my requirement. I wanted to know the rates/Sq. ft at which I can purchase a falt. I am intresed in 1964 sq ft area flat. I am intrested in between 8th and 10th flr and also it should be pool and garden facing. I will be coming to India in early January next year and would like to finalise the deal asap.
